Building Centre, London
Client: Built Environment Trust
The Building Centre is a hub for the built environment, providing a platform for the exchange and development of knowledge. Established in 1931, the Building Centre is unique in representing and bringing together the different disciplines that form the built environment industry.
In a major initiative marking their 90th anniversary, 90 people were invited - architects, engineers, writers, designers, photographers, artists, actors - to pick what they considered to be the best of the built environment.
The exhibition design utilised angle-tensioned wall prints in order to increase the available surface area and fit the high volume of content. The framework system used was black electrophoretic steel providing a durable and reconfigurable system for the venue after the exhibition closes.
